#SHOWBIZ: Iman Tang: 'Yasin Sulaiman looking forward to returning to music'

KUALA LUMPUR: Iman Tang, founder of Icon Entertainment, has revealed that preparations are being made for a media conference post-singer-composer Yasin Sulaiman's discharge from Hospital Bahagia Ulu Kinta, Perak. Iman revealed that Yasin, co-creator of the song "Yang Tinggal" with Malique and Zizi Kirana, is keen on re-entering the music industry.

He stated, "God willing, there are plans for a media conference and so on, but I need to meet Yasin first." Iman added that Yasin had mentioned a backlog of material that he wished to discuss and collaborate on. He confirmed, "The last time we spoke, Yasin said a lot of material had built up. He wants to meet me, sit down, discuss, and make plans.

I said, okay, God willing." Iman also hinted at the potential for a full launch and promotional campaign for "Yang Tinggal." If Yasin is interested, Icon Entertainment intends to proceed with the necessary arrangements, emphasizing the importance of meeting Yasin first to discuss all details. Released in July as part of Icon Records' Premium Artist Collaboration 2026 initiative, "Yang Tinggal" was penned by Yasin, Malique, and Tripdisz.

The song's inception was spurred by talks between Zizi and Iman in mid-2025, aiming to shed light on the plight of civilians, especially children, affected by the conflict in Palestine.
