Property dealer shot dead outside gym by three bike-borne men in Narela

A 40-year-old property dealer named Neeraj Faridpur was assassinated outside a gym in Narela, Outer Delhi on Thursday morning. Police suspect that he had been receiving extortion calls from a gang led by Neeraj Faridpur. The victim, Pramod Dahiya, ran a real estate agency in Nahri village, Haryana, and owned a banquet hall in the same area.

According to sources, a few months ago, Neeraj Faridpur allegedly demanded Rs 2 crore through an extortion call, causing Pramod to grow fearful. Around 7 a.m., Pramod was walking towards the gym when three men on bikes attacked him, firing fifteen rounds before he succumbed to his injuries. A message purportedly from the gang, claiming responsibility, surfaced on social media.

Pramod's brother Mukul, present at his brother's body, demanded that the perpetrators be apprehended. The police are currently working to trace the motorcycle used by the attackers and identify the shooters involved.
