Casa Eleda, the historic “Ham And Cheese House” in Palm Beach, Florida, has been listed for $105 million. Built in 1928, the seven-bedroom oceanfront mansion was bought for $15.975 million in 2013. Its owners carried out a multi-year restoration while preserving its historic details. The property has direct ocean access through a private tunnel and includes an oceanfront cabana.
