Oregon Ducks unveil uniform combo for Week 1 vs. Boise State

The Oregon Ducks have unveiled their uniform combination for their Week 1 game against the Boise State Broncos. After a lengthy offseason, football is finally back, and one of the favorite weekly traditions in Eugene has returned - uniform releases. On Wednesday evening, the Ducks revealed their Week 1 jerseys for their matchup against the Broncos.

For the season opener, Oregon will be sporting a green and yellow color scheme, featuring yellow helmets, a green top, and yellow pants. This design is reminiscent of the look they wore in Week 1 last year against the Montana State Bobcats, with the exception of the yellow helmet sporting the Oregon O on the side, as opposed to the green wings.

While this uniform combo is relatively straightforward compared to Oregon's usual designs, there are expectations that a couple of games this season will feature special jersey treatments. During Big Ten Media Days earlier this year, tight end Jamari Johnson hinted that the jerseys for Week 4 against the USC Trojans and the final week of the season against the Washington Huskies will be noteworthy.

Fans will have to wait and see what those special jerseys will look like, but for now, here's a closer look at what Oregon will be wearing this week against Boise State.
