Neobank MyInvestor has entered the co-ownership real estate market in partnership with VIVLA, a company specialized in acquiring and managing secondary residences. MyInvestor, an investment-focused neobank, has reached an agreement with VIVLA, allowing customers to access a selection of premium secondary residences through the acquisition of a share in the property, with a lower upfront investment than purchasing the entire home. Additionally, MyInvestor will soon offer financing for the purchase of shares in these properties.

VIVLA's model enables the acquisition of a share in the property of a secondary residence and its co-ownership with a small number of co-owners, tailoring the property to the actual use made of such residences. This allows owners to enjoy high-value homes without the need to concentrate the capital required for their exclusive acquisition.

In this way, MyInvestor expands its offering in the realm of heritage management and access to real estate assets, incorporating an alternative for clients seeking to enjoy a second residence while diversifying their wealth.

VIVLA offers a selection of premium houses in some of Spain's most sought-after vacation destinations, such as Menorca, Ibiza, Baqueira, or Cantabria. Owners enjoy the residence during their allotted weeks, while VIVLA handles the property's full-year management, including maintenance, cleaning, supplies, and coordination of stays.
