Lindsay Clancy lawyer claims juror "refuses to listen to the law" on tense day of deliberations
Late Thursday afternoon, the foreperson in the Lindsay Clancy murder trial sent out a question, saying that a lone juror is refusing to follow the judge's instructions regarding the burden of proof. Deliberations are set to resume on Friday. CBS News' Shanelle Kaul and Caroline Polisi have more.
