JK Cement officially inaugurates JK DryChem Industries LLC at Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone

JK Cement has expanded its presence in the Middle East by opening a new subsidiary, JK DryChem Industries LLC, in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone. The high-tech manufacturing facility, spearheaded by JK Cement Ltd. Managing Director Dr. Raghavpat Singhania, marks a crucial step in the company's regional growth strategy. The opening ceremony, attended by executives from JK Cement and RAKEZ, was led by Dr. Raghavpat Singhania and RAKEZ Group CEO Mr. Ramy Jallad.

The foundation was laid in November 2025, following a 25-year lease agreement signed by JK Cement UAE CEO Mr. Amit Kothari and RAKEZ. The state-of-the-art plant, spread across 5,000 square meters, specializes in producing advanced construction chemicals, waterproofing solutions, cement additives, tile adhesives, plasters, and dry-mix mortars for the UAE and international markets.

Initially catering to the domestic market, the facility is set to extend its export operations to the broader GCC region, Africa, and Southeast Asia. The project is projected to generate around 50 direct jobs and bolster local supply chain efficiency. This move underscores the emirate's commitment to industrial development, supporting governmental efforts to bolster manufacturing, trade, and innovation.

The investment reflects RAKEZ's objective to attract diverse foreign direct investment, further solidifying Ras Al Khaimah's reputation as a leading regional industrial hub.
