Tiger Woods has resolved his latest legal issues and is now focused on potential returns to competitive golf. The golf legend pleaded no contest to lesser charges related to a DUI incident in March 2025. Woods, 50, has not played in a professional golf tournament since The Open Championship in July 2024. Since the accident, Woods has undergone multiple surgeries for back injuries and has been recovering at a rehabilitation clinic in Switzerland.

He reportedly stepped away for a period of time in April 2025 to focus on his health. Woods has not publicly discussed his future in golf, but he has expressed optimism about the possibility of playing in The Masters in 2026. Two potential launching points for his return could be the PNC Championship in December 2026 and the TGL (The Golf League) in February 2027. The Masters, scheduled for April 8-11, 2027, remains an option if Woods is fully recovered.
