Grand Theft Auto 6 Is Getting a Pair of Limited Edition PS5 Controllers

Rockstar Games and PlayStation have unveiled two limited edition Grand Theft Auto 6-themed PS5 controllers. During the PlayStation State of Play, this unexpected news about GTA 6 surfaced. Both controllers, one in white and the other in black, share the same core design - the VI logo engraved on the touchpad and palm tree etchings around the controller grips.

The Grand Theft Auto logo is etched onto the back and the controllers possess a sleek, neon purple trim around the bottom half. Pre-orders for these controllers will open on PlayStation Direct on September 10, but they will not be available until the game's release on November 19. Priced at $84.99, these controllers are likely to sell out quickly due to high demand.

This news comes as GTA 6's marketing intensifies. Last week, Rockstar revealed the first gameplay footage of GTA 6 and invited select media, including IGN, for previews. Fans have been eagerly waiting due to Rockstar's extended periods of silence, but GTA 6's November release date seems to be a significant step forward.
