He has made this clear, stating that the agreement specifies the fight must occur in the UK. However, Netflix, the broadcasting partner for the fight, insists the fight should be staged in America.

This discrepancy has caused frustration among boxing fans, who are eagerly awaiting the big showdown. Hearn has sent demands to Saudi entertainment and events company Sela, seeking an amendment to the deal to ensure the fight is held in the UK. These demands include additional compensation for Joshua due to the tax implications of staging the fight in the United States.

Despite the tension, Hearn insists the outstanding issues are straightforward and involve matters such as travel, accreditation, and the media schedule. He maintains that Joshua's camp merely wants the agreed terms and payments to be properly fulfilled. He also dismisses suggestions that the dispute is tied to separate financial issues between Sela and Matchroom involving darts and snooker events.

In a recent video, Fury accused Joshua and Hearn of jeopardizing the fight over financial demands, branding them as 'cowards'. Hearn, on the other hand, maintains that Joshua's contract requires an England venue, and the real issue is his rival's camp seeking additional payment from Saudi adviser Turki Alalshikh.
