Real Madrid's defender Raúl Asencio has been acquitted of a charge following the leniency granted to all four accused parties, including himself. The acquittal came after the two young women featured in the images, one of whom was 16 at the time, testified in court that they forgive the four men involved in the scandal. The charge of revealing secrets by releasing the video, which they had sent, was lifted as they confirmed their forgiveness during the trial.

Magistrate Virginia Peña issued the sentence in open court after hearing the victims confirm their willingness to pardon the accused. The prosecutor's representative withdrew the charges against one of them and reduced the requested sentence for the other three.
