Eighth-ranked Texas A&M opens season Saturday against Missouri State in 1st of 3 straight home games

Texas A&M, currently ranked No. 8, begins its football season on Saturday against Missouri State. The game will start at 7 p.m. ET and mark the first of three consecutive home games for the Aggies. Missouri State, the opponent, is coming off a 7-6 season and lost to Arkansas State 34-28 in the Xbox Bowl. Texas A&M's previous season ended with a 10-3 loss to Miami and a College Football Playoff appearance.
