CJP gets a challenger as Brahmbhatt launches CJP-D

Manish Brahmbhatt, the founder of Cockroach Janta Party-Democratic, has announced the creation of a new political entity on Thursday. The party's main focus is to emphasize transparency, accountability, and democratic decision-making, as per ANI.

Prospective members can join the organization via their official social media accounts, a WhatsApp number, or a missed-call facility. Brahmbhatt stated that the party intends to form its leadership through a democratic process, allowing members to actively participate in crucial decisions.

The motivation behind establishing the new party, according to Brahmbhatt, is the gradual co-option of a larger citizens' movement by personal political interests. He emphasized that the movement belongs to the nation as a whole rather than any single leader. Brahmbhatt urged individuals to form their own teams democratically, rather than aligning themselves with a specific political figure.

Criticizing the structure of other political groups, Brahmbhatt alleged that volunteers are often sidelined in favor of pre-selected individuals. He cited an incident where mobile phones were confiscated during a volunteers' meeting in Delhi to prevent recording, which he deemed a direct violation of political transparency.

Manish Brahmbhatt clarified that his political stance has always been in support of public issues rather than any particular political entity. He pledged that the new party would oppose corruption and the "gutter system" across all states and political parties.

Brahmbhatt reiterated that the party's national executive would be chosen democratically, and internal operations would remain completely open. He promised that every decision made by the party would be transparent and democratic, taking into account the opinions of everyone involved. Brahmbhatt invited volunteers and the public to join the movement.
