Breath of the Wild's New Vinyl Box Set Is an Amazing Addition to My Zelda Collection

The Legend of Zelda series holds a special place in my heart due to its captivating music. I enjoy listening to the official soundtracks on the Nintendo Music app, discovering fan remixes and even playing them on piano. Among the various soundtracks, Breath of the Wild's stands out for its unique post-apocalyptic piano tones. Nintendo has recently released the game's soundtrack on vinyl, and I've been thoroughly impressed with the 8LP box set.

This is the first time a Nintendo soundtrack outside of Japan has been released on vinyl, making it a significant addition to my Zelda collection. The box set features 130 tracks, each disc curated around a specific theme, such as overworld themes, combat, and Divine Beast questlines. The artwork on each disc is visually appealing, and the overall production quality matches the game's music.

While the box set is priced high at $194.99, I find it worth the investment as an enthusiast item. I eagerly await future releases, especially a Tears of the Kingdom version, which I believe will be even better than Breath of the Wild's soundtrack.
