Amelia Dimoldenberg to End ‘Chicken Shop Date’

Amelia Dimoldenberg has announced the conclusion of her popular YouTube series "Chicken Shop Date." After more than a decade of interviewing celebrity guests at a chicken shop, the host revealed her decision on Instagram. The series, which began in 2014, has been a significant part of Dimoldenberg's career, leading to the creation of her production company, Dimz Inc., and various red carpet opportunities, including a correspondent role for the Oscars.

In her Instagram post, Dimoldenberg shared a photo of a napkin with the message "All good dates must come to an end" and a handwritten note explaining her choice. She recalled how, at 17, she had a dream of meeting her future love in a chicken shop, and "Chicken Shop Date" allowed her to meet "incredible people" and live out her own romcom. Despite never expecting the series to end, Dimoldenberg feels it is time for her to move on to new adventures.

The host thanked everyone involved in making the show happen and promised a few final dates before the series concludes, but has not revealed when or who these guests will be. "Chicken Shop Date" has been a massive success for Dimoldenberg, and the future of her career remains unclear at this time.
