Vaher: Former RKIK director is responsible for failed €70 million shell deal
The director general of the Estonian Center for Defense Investments (RKIK), Elmar Vaher, told ERR in an interview that former RKIK head Magnus-Valdemar Saar is responsible for the failed €70 million shell deal. RKIK employees failed to follow the necessary financial management principles, he believes.
