Tropical Storm Edouard spins into East Texas, pours dangerous amounts of rain
What was left of Tropical Storm Edouard caused major flooding in Southeast Texas on Wednesday. First responders raced to rescue people trapped by floodwaters, as some areas received nearly 2 feet of rain. Jason Allen reports from the flood zone and Rob Marciano has the forecast.
