Ram Temple Trust faces the CEO call today

The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust is set to convene on Wednesday to decide on the appointment of the inaugural chief executive officer (CEO) of the Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir. According to Trust member Mahant Dinendra Das Maharaj, the meeting will commence at 2 pm, and the final decision will be endorsed by all members of the Trust, as stated by Trust member Mahant Das Maharaj to ANI.

The anticipated meeting follows the submission of the final report by the three-member search committee formed to select the temple's first CEO. The committee, comprising retired Lieutenant General Vishnu Kant Chaturvedi, former scientist Suresh Haware, and former Justice Pramod Kohli, received an overwhelming response with 5,585 applications after a rigorous screening process.

Trust treasurer Swami Govind Dev Giri Ji Maharaj, Acting General Secretary Krishna Mohan, and Ayodhya District Magistrate Shashank Tripathi attended the high-level meeting where the committee delivered its report. Swami Govind Dev Giri Ji Maharaj hinted at the Trust's intention to consider the committee's recommendations and announce the selected candidate, though the timing of the announcement remains undecided by the Trust.
