The Niger State Police Command has made several arrests in connection with alleged criminal activities, including kidnapping, armed robbery, and drug trafficking. According to the police, three suspects linked to a gang allegedly operating as a vigilante group were apprehended on August 23, 2026, in Uraga village, Mariga Local Government Area.
