OGX Group taps enterprise AI market with Axtraction tie-up

KUALA LUMPUR: OGX Group's wholly-owned subsidiary, OGX Networks Sdn Bhd, has forged a distribution deal with Axtraction AI Sdn Bhd. The agreement aims to market and distribute enterprise artificial intelligence (AI) solutions in Malaysia. The initial term of this agreement is one year, with the possibility of renewal for additional three-year periods, contingent upon the fulfillment of predetermined milestones.

This collaboration is anticipated to bolster OGX's technology portfolio by venturing into enterprise AI solutions, thereby complementing its existing services encompassing network, cybersecurity, and enterprise data center offerings.

OGX outlined that the partnership will encompass Axtraction AI's central platform products, namely Investigation Decision AI and Finance Operation AI. Investigation Decision AI, tailored for law enforcement and regulatory bodies, consolidates disparate intelligence streams into a unified, connected view to expedite analytical and tactical decision-making.

On the other hand, Finance Operation AI, designed for large enterprises, automates crucial workflows and transaction validation within enterprise resource planning systems.

Tan Suan Loong, OGX's executive director and managing director, expressed that this partnership bolsters the company's capability to deliver practical, enterprise-grade AI solutions to its clientele. With the escalating adoption of AI by organizations to enhance workflow efficiency and decision-making, Tan highlighted the partnership's role in expanding OGX's position as a specialist in information technology infrastructure solutions. This agreement further connects technology providers with Malaysia's enterprise ecosystem.
