Nigeria will overcome its challenges – Kwankwaso

Former Kano State governor and NDC chieftain Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso has expressed confidence that Nigeria will overcome its challenges, as detailed in a recent Facebook post. Kwankwaso made this statement after meeting with NDC presidential candidate Peter Obi at the party's headquarters in Abuja. The meeting centered on strategies to expand and strengthen the party's presence, particularly in rural areas, with Obi's campaign focusing on a message of "national redemption."

Kwankwaso elaborated that his collaboration with Obi is driven by a shared dedication to lifting vulnerable Nigerians out of poverty and decreasing the number of children not in school. Furthermore, the partnership aims to bolster small and medium-sized enterprises, enhance national security, promote unity among citizens, and transition Nigeria from a consumption-based economy to a more productive one.

As part of these objectives, Kwankwaso indicated that the NDC would continue to reinforce its grassroots structures and engage rural communities in its efforts to broaden its political footprint. Concluding his message, Kwankwaso expressed optimism about Nigeria's future, asserting that "Nigeria will be OK."
