Nayatel Announces Internet Speed Upgrade for Home Customers

Nayatel has revealed plans to enhance internet speeds and data allowances for eligible home customers, effective September 1, 2026, at no extra cost. Under this new arrangement, qualifying customers will enjoy increased internet bandwidth on their current plans, alongside expanded data volume under the Fair Usage Policy (FUP), without any changes to their regular monthly charges.

The upgrade will be automatically enacted according to each customer’s existing internet package, eliminating the need for any additional package changes or upgrade requests. For instance, a customer with a 20 Mbps connection will automatically be upgraded to 30 Mbps, with no added costs. The specific bandwidth boost and updated data allowance will differ based on the customer’s current package and service area.

Customers can verify the applicable upgraded plan for their connection via the My Nayatel App or Nayatel Customer Portal, where their most recent package information will be displayed. This announcement follows the increasing use of the internet within Pakistani households, as a single connection now supports remote work, online education, streaming, gaming, cloud-based applications, smart devices, and multiple users simultaneously.

Greater bandwidth provides households with the capacity to handle these activities concurrently, while increased data volume offers customers more headroom for their regular internet usage. By raising internet speeds and data volume while leaving monthly fees unchanged, Nayatel aims to offer enhanced value to customers as their connectivity and data needs continue to expand.
