Lufthansa extends suspension of flights to Dubai despite returning to Riyadh routes

The United Arab Emirates is grappling with a series of flight disruptions as the ongoing conflict between the United States and Iran sparks a wave of cancellations and delays across the country's airports. Zayed International Airport in Abu Dhabi and Dubai International Airport have both been hit hard, with numerous flights encountering delays and cancellations.

At Zayed International Airport, passengers can expect a slew of delays, particularly in flights arriving from various international destinations. Etihad Airways, Air Arabia Abu Dhabi, Air India Express, and Emirates are among the airlines affected. Among the delayed arrivals are flights from Islamabad, Karachi, Rome, Tel Aviv, Delhi, Peshawar, Chennai, Colombo, Bengaluru, Prague, Lisbon, Bangkok, Phuket, Cairo, Sialkot, Bahrain, Faisalabad, Tbilisi, and others. Additionally, Emirates flight EK206 to New York on September 3 has been cancelled.

Departures from Zayed International Airport have also been severely impacted. Etihad Airways, Air Arabia Abu Dhabi, Air India Express, and Emirates are among the airlines facing delays. Among the affected departures are flights to Karachi, Rome, Tel Aviv, Delhi, Peshawar, Chennai, Colombo, Bengaluru, Prague, Lisbon, Bangkok, Phuket, Cairo, Sialkot, Bahrain, Faisalabad, Tbilisi, and more.

In particular, Flydubai's services to Kabul and Tel Aviv, as well as Emirates' flight to London Heathrow, are experiencing significant delays.

Flydubai's services to Kabul and Tel Aviv, as well as Emirates' flight to London Heathrow, are particularly affected.
