Lübars: Berlin’s Authentic Village

Berlin, June 28th, 2020 - A surprising destination just 13 kilometers north of Berlin's eastern city center, Lübars is far from the typical apartment blocks and office buildings. Instead, the village offers a countryside atmosphere featuring a hill, cornfields, and remnants of a 13th-century village. The most iconic spot in Lübars is the 'Alte Fasanerie' (Old Pheasantry), which no longer houses pheasants but instead boasts colorful flowers, tables for picnicking, and refreshing lemonade and beer.
