Gavin Newsom lists 8-acre Fair Oaks estate for $7.5m, double 2018 price
California Governor Gavin Newsom has listed his sprawling Fair Oaks mansion for $7.5 million, nearly double the $3.7 million he paid in 2018. The 8.2-acre estate features seven bedrooms, 12 bathrooms and luxury amenities including a swimming pool, full-size tennis court, cold plunge, hot tub and a 5,000-bottle wine cellar.
