Football player, 13, collapses and dies after suffering cardiac arrest at training session

Caden Sorrell, a 13-year-old football player from Northwest Guilford Middle School in Greensboro, North Carolina, tragically passed away after experiencing cardiac arrest during a practice session. The incident occurred on Friday when Caden, wearing jersey number 42, ran a lap around the field before collapsing. His older sister, Vanessa Clark, was informed of the tragedy through a call from their mother.
