Eight-Player Splitscreen Added to Mario Kart 8 Deluxe

Nintendo has introduced an eight-player splitscreen mode to Mario Kart 8 Deluxe on Switch 2, delighting fans who have gatherings with more than three friends. The free update, available right away, divides the traditional four-player split into eight portrait-style windows.
