AI startup Wonderful's valuation more than doubles to $5 billion in latest funding round

Israeli-Dutch AI startup Wonderful secured $550 million in Series C funding at a $5 billion valuation, according to a Wednesday announcement. The software company, which coordinates AI agents across enterprises, was led into the round by Insight Partners, with additional participation from Salesforce Inc., Index Ventures, IVP, Vine Ventures, 9Yards, and Bessemer Venture Partners.

The additional funding will be used to accelerate product development and expand Wonderful's global deployment teams. Since its March 2026 Series B round, Wonderful has expanded to over 35 markets and now employs 650 people worldwide. The company's AI Operating System (OS) serves as a shared operating layer for automating workflows, building AI applications, and coordinating agents across organizations.

The AI OS is model-agnostic and compatible with existing technology stacks, including managed workflows, productivity agents, AI-native applications, and conversational agents. Wonderful's platform can be deployed across any cloud environment, including on-premise installations. The startup, founded in 2025, leverages forward-deployed engineers to bring AI use cases into production and transfer knowledge for enterprises to build and operate the platform independently.
