Watch: Woman with mental health history charges at NYPD officers with kitchen knives
A woman fatally stabbed one person and injured another in Times Square. She then advanced on police officers wielding two kitchen knives. Authorities stated the attack was not immediately considered terrorism-related. The woman had a documented mental health history with the NYPD. Officers shot and killed the suspect after she refused to surrender.
