Obaseki mourns ex-Edo PDP chairman Dan Orbih

Immediate past Governor of Edo State, Godwin Obaseki, expressed deep sorrow over the death of former Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chairman in the state, Chief Dan Osi Orbih. In a condolence message, Obaseki hailed Orbih as a distinguished Edo son and a distinguished politician. He emphasized that Orbih's extensive involvement in public service had carved a significant niche in the political history of Edo State.

Obaseki lamented that Orbih's demise marked a considerable loss for both the state and the nation. The message conveyed Obaseki's profound sadness upon learning of Orbih's passing at the age of 64. Chief Orbih had been a pivotal figure in Nigerian politics, holding influential positions such as State Chairman of PDP in Edo State and later serving as the PDP National Vice Chairman for the South South region.
