Navi Mumbai Realty Boom: Kamdhenu Realities Buys 4-Acre Thane-Belapur Road Plot For ₹150 Crore

In a significant real estate acquisition, Navi Mumbai-based developer Kamdhenu Realities has purchased a 4-acre prime land parcel from RPG Life Sciences on Thane-Belapur Road for approximately ₹150 crore. The transaction, announced on September 1, is one of the largest commercial land deals on the corridor this year. The site, situated near IKEA and opposite the upcoming Pawane railway station, boasts a development potential of 1.8 million square feet.

The developer plans to construct a Grade-A commercial park, featuring a mix of corporate offices, high-street retail, and F&B avenues. The project will include double-height lobbies and business infrastructure tailored for multinational occupiers. Kamdhenu Realities emphasized that the Thane-Belapur Road, once an industrial belt, has transformed into Navi Mumbai's primary corporate corridor. The area now houses IT parks, global capability centers, and a cluster of hyperscale data centers.

The strategic location offers connectivity to Mumbai, Thane, and the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport, driving demand for institutional-grade office space. According to Karan Sabhlok, Director of Kamdhenu Realities, the development strategy involves securing land along the belt and building infrastructure that meets global standards. With a contiguous 4-acre parcel, they aim to create a master-planned destination rather than a standalone building.
