Her lease expires in December 2027, and she is seeking clarity on the mall's relocation plans and compensation.

Sharewow, a 3D figurine printing shop, and The Toy Folks, a book and toy store, both learned of the closure through customer messages and online news. They are exploring relocation options due to the short notice and potential relocation costs. The Coco Veggie Nyonya Cuisine owner, Mr. Gan, plans to find a new outlet in another mall, having heard about the redevelopment two years ago. Many in the mall area expect a high footfall due to its family-oriented offerings, making it an ideal location for businesses.
