KASNEB announces December 2026 exam dates as registration deadline nears

The Kenya Accountants and Secretaries National Examinations Board (KASNEB) has released the dates for the upcoming December 2026 examinations, giving candidates just over two months to finalize registration and entry. According to a notice published on September 1, 2026, the exam period will span four days, from November 30 to December 3, 2026.

KASNEB has notified KASNEB students, parents, sponsors, guardians, training institutions, and other stakeholders about the schedule. The exams will cover various qualifications, including the Business Data Analytics Practical Paper for CPA and the Financial Modelling and Data Analytics Practical Paper for CIFA. For Foreign Accountancy Qualifications (FAQ), the exams will take place on December 1 and 3, 2026.

Candidates are advised to begin preparations early to avoid missing their examination dates. Employed candidates are encouraged to obtain permission from their employers to attend. The deadline for registration and examination entry is October 30, 2026, and candidates must complete all registration and entry processes prior to this date.

KASNEB has directed students to use its official payment channels, available on the KASNEB student portal, for exam fees. Foreign-based students must pay in US dollars through KCB Dollar Account No. 1123096465. Payment through KASNEB staff or agents is strictly prohibited, and cash payments are not accepted at KASNEB offices. Continuing students must also renew their annual registration by July 1 each year, with the renewal fee due on July 1 following their first eligible examination sitting.
