Kallas Urges Countries to Give Ukraine Expiring Air Defense Missiles
EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas called on countries to transfer soon-to-expire air defense interceptors to Ukraine, which is facing a shortage amid intensified Russian attacks. Speaking ahead of an informal meeting of EU defense ministers on Tuesday, Sept. 1, Kallas said July and August were the deadliest months for Ukrainian civilians.
