Jaime Pressly, known for her role in My Name Is Earl, was reportedly removed from a California hotel on Thursday due to her disruptive behavior. The actress was asked to leave the Signia by Hilton San Jose due to loud phone conversations, frequent use of profanity, and physical contact with another guest. Pressly, who has twin boys from her marriage to Simran Singh and another son from a previous relationship, was reportedly under the influence while on the phone and disregarded security guards who tried to stop her.

She was seen expressing her grievances about the security guards to a woman at a wedding at the hotel before exiting for a short time to smoke outside. Pressly's exes include Eric Cubeechee, with whom she has a son Dezi James Calvo, former husband Simran Singh, and current partner Hamzi Hijazi, who is a businessman and father of twin sons to Pressly.
