I’ll beat NDC for third time through my development record in Karaga – Amin Adam

Former Finance Minister and Karaga MP Dr Mohammed Amin Adam has pledged to intensify development projects in his constituency, warning the NDC not to underestimate his efforts if they continue to emulate his initiatives. Addressing residents of Kpukpalga after unveiling a recently commissioned CHPS compound, Dr Adam vowed to maintain development momentum even while in opposition.

"If the NDC keeps looking up to my work and taking actions, prepare for serious competition. Even in opposition, I'll make life difficult for them as I keep developing this community," he asserted.

During his address, he noticed the NDC government had also started constructing a second CHPS compound at the same location, raising questions about the wisdom of building two such facilities in the same community. He labeled this as a lack of proper planning and understanding of the community's needs. Dr Adam argued that resources spent on the second CHPS compound could be more effectively utilized elsewhere, particularly in providing accommodation for health workers.

He emphasized that ensuring nurses' quarters would guarantee health professionals serving Kpukpalga have proper living conditions and can effectively serve the community.

Despite his criticisms, Dr Adam assured the people of Kpukpalga that he would persist in supporting development in the area. He announced that he would commence building nurses' quarters within the next three months, stating this would complement the newly opened CHPS compound and offer better accommodation for health workers serving the community.
