Ferrari unveils Michael Schumacher-inspired F1 livery for Italian GP

Ferrari has unveiled a special one-off livery for its upcoming Italian Grand Prix, honoring legendary driver Michael Schumacher. The Ferrari SF-26, which will be driven by Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc, will feature a bold new color scheme. The engine cover will lose its white tone, adopting a deeper shade of red, while the driver number decals will switch to a retro font.

Between the driver numbers and the title sponsor HP logo, the team has included Schumacher's signature. Schumacher's trademark white stars, typically found on his helmet, have also been added to the car's nose, with seven stars representing his seven Formula One world championships. Schumacher, at 57 years old, is Ferrari's most seasoned driver, having started 179 races between 1996 and 2006.

He is also the team's most decorated driver, securing five of his seven world championships from 2000 to 2004 with a total of 72 wins and 58 pole positions under the guidance of Jean Todt and Ross Brawn.
