Dubai residents now have an additional option to book holidays and complex trips in person, thanks to dnata Travel's opening of its 15th retail store at One Central. The premium store caters to both business professionals in the One Central area and leisure travelers, offering expert travel consultancy, flights, hotels, cruises, tours, attractions, transfers, and tailor-made itineraries.

Meerah Ketait, Head of Retail and Leisure UAE at dnata Travel, explained that customers are increasingly seeking personalized assistance for more intricate journeys. Despite the popularity of online booking, many travelers still value expert guidance when planning elaborate itineraries, luxury vacations, or unforgettable experiences. The new store is designed around this need, featuring private consultation spaces for customers to discuss their travel plans with consultants.

Ketait emphasized that the opening of the dnata Travel One Central store signifies the company's evolving approach to physical travel retail. It provides a space for customers to sit down with experts, be inspired, and plan everything from a brief weekend getaway to a long-awaited dream trip. The One Central outlet adds to dnata Travel's UAE retail network, now comprising 15 stores across the country. The new store is situated on the Ground Floor, Office 4 at One Central, opposite Joe & The Juice, and is open seven days a week from 9am to 11pm.
