DR Congo's opposition rejects president's dialogue offer and calls for demonstration
In DR Congo, managing the spread of Ebola is made all the more difficult as the country is juggling simultaneous security crises including untangling a peace deal with M23 rebels. President Felix Tshisekedi offered to convene a national dialogue which opposition parties call a smoke screen hiding an attempted power grab.
