Apollo-managed funds and funds advised by Triton have agreed to sell Kelvion, a thermal management technology developer, to SLB for approximately $4.1bn. The deal includes $3.4bn in cash and the assumption of around $700m of debt. SLB will acquire 100% of Kelvion.
