2027: APM Lagos vows to unseat APC

In a recent strategic meeting, the Allied Peoples’ Movement (APM) in Lagos State reaffirmed its unity and declared its determination to challenge the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2027 gubernatorial elections. Laja Adeoye, the party's governorship candidate, announced this during a meeting organized by the Laja Adeoye Campaign Organisation.

The gathering brought together key stakeholders, including the state executive committee, candidates, and other party officials. Attendees included the state chairman, secretary, woman leader, organising secretary, publicity secretary, youth leader, and representatives from all 20 local government areas and 37 Local Council Development Areas.

The meeting provided an opportunity for party leaders and candidates to address critical issues, enhance internal coordination, and make strategic appointments ahead of the 2027 elections. ADEOYE emphasized the party's commitment to securing significant support for its candidates across all election levels, from the governorship race to the National Assembly contests.

The resolution from the meeting underscored APM Lagos' resolve to build a more robust and cohesive political structure, reaffirming their status as a unified political force. Adeoye urged members and supporters to maintain their unity, focus, and commitment as the party intensifies its mobilisation efforts ahead of the 2027 polls, highlighting the party's strength in its structures and the dedication of its members.
