Zelensky speaks with Witkoff and Kushner

Zelensky also proposed setting a date for a visit to Ukraine, stating that such a trip would be beneficial for resolving peace solutions.

During the call, Zelensky updated Witkoff and Kushner on the battlefield situation, where Russia's advances are deemed insignificant and come with substantial losses, alongside ongoing airstrikes. The American representatives, according to Zelensky, were well-informed about these specifics. Following the discussion, Zelensky expressed gratitude to President Trump, Witkoff, and Kushner, as well as to all individuals in the United States contributing towards achieving peace as a shared objective.

Previous reports suggest that Ukrainian officials are eagerly anticipating a visit from Witkoff and Kushner, who have previously made multiple trips to Russia. In July, Zelensky met with the U.S. President's representatives to discuss intensified diplomatic efforts aimed at achieving peace.
