University of Seoul's Startup Support Foundation participates in entrepreneurship project

The University of Seoul's Startup Support Foundation has agreed to participate in the government's "Startup for All Project," a large-scale entrepreneurship support program. The foundation was chosen for the second phase of the initiative, which is designed to assist aspiring entrepreneurs in bringing their innovative ideas to fruition.

The project aims to recruit 10,000 entrepreneurs for its second phase, twice the number of participants from the initial phase. The University of Seoul will function as a mentoring institution for both the general and technology startup tracks, selecting 8,000 prospective entrepreneurs for these tracks.

Entrepreneurs who are chosen for the program will be eligible for government-backed benefits, including a startup support fund of 2 million won ($1,448). Additionally, they will receive customized artificial intelligence (AI) solutions worth up to 1 million won for a two-month period, as well as guidance from industry experts. The application deadline for the program is September 17.
