Unidentified Man’s Body Found Near Borghat Awaits Identity As HELP Foundation Ensures Dignified Last Rites

In the Borghat region, situated along the old Mumbai-Pune Highway, police have yet to identify the unidentified man whose decomposed body was discovered nearly ten days ago. Despite no relatives, friends or acquaintances coming forward to claim the identity of the stranger, the HELP Foundation has taken responsibility for ensuring he receives a dignified final journey.

Police initiated a search for the man's identity following the discovery of his body, which led them to collect information about his appearance and attire. However, their efforts have yet to bear fruit as no one has stepped forward to confirm his identity. The deceased is estimated to be between the ages of 30 and 40, standing at around 5 feet 5 inches tall.

He was dressed in a bluish half-sleeved T-shirt, black track pants with white Adidas branding, and bore a distinctive heart symbol tattoo on the inner side of his right arm, with the letter A in the center. After completing the necessary legal formalities, the Khopoli police handed over the responsibility of planning the man's final rites to the HELP Foundation.

The foundation provided an ambulance through Swamini Ambulance and is supporting the funeral expenses.
