Tan Lan 3 industrial park adds manufacturing capacity in Tay Ninh

The Tan Lan 3 industrial park in Vietnam's Tay Ninh province has secured legal approval to expand its manufacturing capacity. The Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee endorsed the project's investment policy and chose IMG Long An Joint Stock Company as the investor at the province's Investment Promotion Conference on August 28.

This decision was among 103 projects and works with a combined capital of about VND915 trillion (US$3 billion) highlighted at the conference. The Tan Lan 3 park, located in Tan Lan Commune, will span 336 hectares and require an investment of VND8.45 trillion. It is planned to operate for 50 years from the first land allocation or lease decision.

The park will focus on manufacturing and processing, with the ability to accommodate 15 industry groups. Its development aligns with Tay Ninh's strategy to attract high-quality, efficient investments that benefit the local economy and environment. The project's legal procedures are set to conclude by December 2026, with land subleasing beginning in June 2028.
