Saudi Tourism unveils unified digital platform for tourism services

RIYADH — The Saudi Ministry of Tourism unveiled a new digital platform aimed at unifying tourism services for investors, professionals, and employees during the LEAP 2026 conference. The Unified Tourism Services Platform seeks to streamline processes, enhance user experience, and boost efficiency by providing a comprehensive digital interface. The ministry emphasizes its commitment to advancing digital transformation in the tourism sector through this user-friendly platform.

The platform offers services such as tourism licensing, compliance, investment, training, and development, alongside other digital offerings. Users can manage their tasks through a seamless experience facilitated by the unified digital interface. An additional feature, Tourism X, is an AI-powered smart service designed to streamline access to services and respond to user inquiries.

Ministry spokesperson Nasser Al-Ansari highlighted that the launch of the Tourism Platform is part of ongoing efforts to develop digital government services, improve sector integration, and enhance service delivery efficiency. This initiative aligns with Saudi Vision 2030 and supports the growth of the tourism industry. Al-Ansari clarified that the official website (https://mt.gov.sa/ar) will continue serving as the primary platform for information, news, initiatives, and regulations related to the ministry, while the Tourism Platform will act as the unified destination for accessing tourism services.
