Iglesias' journey to leadership began as a child playing with medical instruments, learning early on that technology is a tool to alleviate suffering. Her father's guidance taught her that innovation is about building trust with professionals and patients. Upon joining MiniMed, she assumed the role of CEO for Iberia, Greece and Israel, leading the company's European division in a market valued at $19 billion and growing at over 10% annually. MiniMed's annual revenue is $3.1 billion.

Iglesias emphasizes that success is measured not just by market shares, but by the impact on patients' lives. With a product that supports over 660,000 patients globally, her team's focus is on reducing the daily challenges faced by diabetes sufferers.
