Raja Charles ucap tahniah kepada Agong sempena Hari Kebangsaan

During his message to Sultan Ibrahim, King Charles III conveyed gratitude to the Agong on the occasion of Malaysia's National Day. In a joint statement from the British High Commission in Malaysia, King Charles expressed confidence that the UK-Malaysia Strategic Partnership Framework would provide valuable opportunities to deepen cooperation between the two nations in areas such as trade, technology, and shared interests as they approach the 70th year of diplomatic relations in 2027.

"Particularly, I hope that both nations will continue to champion the transition towards cleaner energy and environmental protection and biodiversity, including through joint leadership in the Cross-Border Trade, Agriculture, and Commodities Dialogue," King Charles stated in his message to Sultan Ibrahim. He also emphasized the importance of smallholder farmers' contribution to food security across the Commonwealth.

King Charles further urged for full partnership between the two countries, grounded in shared values and mutual respect that form the foundation of the Commonwealth. "I am proud of the role played by the nations in promoting understanding, cooperation, and opportunities at the global level," King Charles concluded, adding that the existing educational ties between Malaysia and the UK serve as an exemplary example of this spirit of partnership, connecting people and strengthening the future generation.
