Rahul or Vijay for PM? Congress-TVK rift talk grows after MLA’s seat shift

Six years after suffering a brain stroke during the filming of LAC – Live The Battle in Kargil, Aashiqui actor Rahul Roy is slowly regaining his ability to act. While on set in November 2020, Roy suffered a cerebrovascular stroke which left him uncertain whether he would ever walk or talk again. Speaking to Free Press Journal, Roy recounted the frightening uncertainty he faced during his recovery: "I didn't even know if I would be able to walk or talk again."

With support from his family and a focused rehabilitation routine, Roy has made significant progress. He now takes eight medications after breakfast and is gradually easing back into acting, with his next appearance in the upcoming series Super Badshah. Roy's journey from Bollywood star to stroke survivor showcases both the challenges and resilience of the human spirit.
