Qatari Armed Forces aircraft arrives in Nepal with aid for flood victims

A Qatari Armed Forces aircraft delivered urgent humanitarian aid to Nepal in response to devastating floods. This assistance, provided by the Qatar Fund for Development, aimed to support around 52,000 people affected by the disaster. The aid consisted of equipment for water extraction and pumping, lighting, food supplies, and multipurpose tents.

These supplies were crucial in addressing the basic needs of families and children, especially in areas where access to water and essential services was severely impacted. The Qatari International Search and Rescue Group, part of the Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya), assisted in the delivery of the aid and contributed to humanitarian efforts on the ground.
